El Clásico preview: unbeaten Barcelona host Real Madrid with the league lead on the line
Barcelona welcome Real Madrid tonight in the biggest game of the La Liga weekend. Kick-off is at 21:00 in Spain and Poland (20:00 UTC), which is 04:00 on Monday in Malaysia.
What is at stake
Barcelona lead La Liga on 27 points after winning all nine of their games. Atlético Madrid are second on 25, and Real Madrid are third on 21 with seven wins and two defeats from nine.
That makes tonight a big swing either way. A Madrid win would cut the gap to three points. A Barcelona win would move them nine clear of their rivals.
Form guide
Barcelona’s last five league games brought five wins and 22 goals, including a 7-2 win over Racing Santander and a 5-2 win at Real Betis. They conceded seven in those games.
Real Madrid have won four of their last five league games, scoring 13 and conceding six. Their two defeats this season came at Real Betis (1-0) and at Atlético Madrid (2-1). They arrive after a 4-1 home win over Sevilla.

Pre-match estimates from our data provider give Barcelona a 61% chance of winning, Real Madrid 22%, and a draw 17%. El Clásico has a habit of ignoring form, though.
